The rent is based on 30% of the gross household income less an estimated utility allowance - the tentant pays his/her own utilities.

However, with "basic rent"  you must pay no less than:

1 bedroom - approximately $453
2 bedroom - approximately $501

The rent could be more than the above if 30% of the gross household income is more than the "basic rent".
